John Force Holiday Car Show (56K beware)

All I can say is WOW !!! There is no way I could have gotten pics of everything. Aside from the Knotts Berry Farm show it's easily one of the biggest shows I've been to. I never got inside his building or came close to his cars, the two lines went around the building and then some.

So here is pics, hopefully it doesn't break anything.

Nice pics!

I was thinking about going to this but there were too many choices...this, the Motor4Toys, and Daltons.....so I stayed home and watched football....lol! Hey everyone needs to take a break from car shows once in a while, it wouldve been my 4th car show in one week.

Thanks, I saw the Cars & Coffee pics, nice. What did Ford so special for the GT/GT40 as the spotlight car ??

I really wish I could have gotten more pics but there were so many cars it was crazy. I still haven't gotten my metering down right so when it's very sunny like it was I don't under expose my pics.

I took a lot more pics at the C&C meet and they are uploaded but the site is down right now, check back hopefully Ill be able to get it back up tomorrow, its being such a PIA. It wasnt Ford organizing the GT turnout but they had about 20 Ford GTs and 2 GT40s as well Shelby America's Mustang. The best part of the show was really the MC12. I was expecting more of the Ford GT guys (not that they did a bad job with the turnout) since not only does this show take place at the Ford building and they have a lot to do with the show, but Barry Meguiar is also a big supporter of the meet and he was there with his GT so I thought with all of the power backing them that they were gonna break out something insane, perhaps at least the Ford GTX1 or the Stillen Ford GT, two Heritages though!

I have a good contact high up that works at the Mazda building there so I am thinking of getting a spot for stangs, setting the date for a bit down the road to really load up on the cars and see if my contact cant pull out something that will put the rest of the marquis to date to shame and set the bar high for the future.

Not trying to hijack but for all of you East Coasters here's a show with over 5000 cars in it and none newer than 1979. My son and I spent an entire day there Thankgiving weekend and didn't see but about 1/4 of it. No pics as he forgot to bring the camera as asked. I try and make it there at least once every two or three years and it keeps getting bigger.
