I am married, and I have 5 sisters. Only one of them married, all of them love cars, metal. However, only one of them is .... um, dateable shall we say, and she is the married one! LMAO

Are they unfortunate looking or do they just prefer to explore other options?

It's a beauty Jrabbitt...with or without the mural!!

Have you thought about working a Warrior Princess theme into the mural, lady and her horse, and get yourself drawn into the mural??? Could be interesting to see the lady in the mural standing by the car at a show!!

Now, is this just for fun, or is this a proof of concept work in progress? I think it's pretty cool overall. I'm not sure I personally would put a mural on my car though. Brings back nightmares of the 1970s with vans that had Thor painted on the side and blacked-out diamond windows! *******' wagons I think they used to call them.

One question: how do you plan to get in the car? Me thinks someone forgot the door handles!

I have to agree with JZInternet and a few others on this. I love the purple and the look of the car as a whole, not as crazy for the lower front end or the mural on the side. I also think it breaks up the clean and subtle design you have everywhere else. I do think the mural under the hood would work nicely though still.

Very nice!

Pretty cool concept but not liking that cow-catcher on the front. I think on an actual car, that thing is going to look massive! Nice artwork.

Greg, you think it would look better with purple between the tailights??
I'm not Greg, but I like it black between the tailights like it is. I also think the lower front is a bit too large, but otherwise VERY nice car, Jessica! BTW--what bike is that you have on the video screen?

Looks like a Holden concept car.

Nahh, kidding! It looks great, the back with black paint and ducktail looks awesome. Rims too. Agree on the front being a bit overdone, but just a slight "downsizing" will do great. Nice color, but personally I'd think a lot before putting any artwork on. IMHO, it distracts from the lines of the car too much.

Fantastic looking concept for you car... With a few exceptions:

Uber-massive rims don't look right on a Stang :notnice:
I have to agree with a previous poster about moving the mural to under the hood for shows :notnice:

But the car itself looks fantastic with everything else. I'm not trying to be prude I just think that the best looking Mustangs the straight and clean Mustangs.

Hey Jess. I personally love the car. However I think the mural is a bit much. Maybe something a little more subtle would be better. Also, I don't think I would use it as a daily driver. I would just use it as a show car & drive it on rare occassions.

But I love the color, purple is my fave, & I LOVE that interior. Now the interior I would seriously consider getting in mine right now. Especially since I have been dieing for some purple floormats & seat covers. I would totally love that instead though. That is if I had the cash.

All in all though I love the car and I hope you have lots of fun with it. Goodluck.

stoic, there is a reason there are only two out of 5 married sisters. The others have some personality traits that are not so attractive. Although, all 5 of us tend to "explore other options" on occasion.

Craig, her name is Rhiannon, I call her Ray for short. I am depending on Lanzini for the paint, but defintely will check out all my options!

Greg, there is a red headed witch in there.. I almost had BM do soemthing like a Boris Vallejo pic, but liked what he came up with more.

Robert, concept for my car. I am trying to get sponsors. If I cant get sponsors, I will end up with something VERY close, most possibly without the mural because I wont be able to afford it. About the handles.... did ya read where I said "upgraded alarm with door opener"? LOL I am shaving the door handles. If my key fob goes dead I am SOL.

Jim, not sure what it is on the screen. Looks to be a Yamaha track bike, but we arent sure. Funny thing, my husband races Yamaha dirt, when he saw that he laughed.

Ryan, I fell in love with 20"s when I saw the 3D car being built. They had them on thier car as one offs before they put the 22"s on. If I cant get sponsored, I am going with more of a track look, same color... but 19"s on the back, 18"s in the front, and some pretty meaty tires.

I am wondering if the front end looks big because of the color??? The 3D one was white... I dunno. We will have to see when we get it on there.

BTW, J.K. about the darling and BurningMan, great work as usual.

Kevin, LOL!!! I really do wanna know what about it you dont like. I am taking a lot of these comments and making notes, going to see if maybe making some of these changes and offering different options will help me get sponsored. I just meant I dont want people calling it a POS, etc.

So far the general thought is: Color is good, front bumper is too big, mural needs to be on the underside of the hood, couple people think the rims needs to be smaller. Only one person mentioned no handles, I love the clean look it gives the side of the body. I think we are split on the tail lights...

Kera, I am already saving for the interior. When BM showed me the rendering of it, I almost died. I must have it! There is a husband wife team here on TMS who just did thier interior in yellow, and they said it cost them under $1000. Same company that did the Westrenz car, I will be calling them!

Mostly the colour, but I think many times people do too much to their cars and ruin it, but that's just my opinion.

Kevin, you would rather cars be left without major mods, huh... I left my 99 stock from the rubber up. Thing didnt even have tint on it. I loved it just the same. I do agree that this car is gorgeous on its own.

Be careful when doing the inserts on the doors in a different color, the westrenz car had to constantly go back for adjustments on the doors where that leather was. They kept pulling off. Just something to keep in mind, if i remember right they wouldn't do inserts in the doors on IUP cars for that reason. If you pay a grand for the interior you shouldn't have to deal with it pulling especially if that is one of your first mods. Just remember to ask them about it.
