Can anyone tell me some conrete info. on the availability of IUP?
Is it holding up orders? Is it available still? what is going on with the injunction?

Yes, its still available, a judge ruled against the plantiff (yay Ford!) Not sure about holding up orders. What is certain is that Ford underestimated the demand of MyColor but I think they have realized this and are trying to make up for it.

It was never about the lawsuit, it was always about supply and demand. Recent commodities reports posted by Karpro seem to indicate an availability rate in the high 30% range. So available yes, free flowing, not yet.

Ya...it was supply issues from Delphi. Ford expected 20% IUP order and there was an actual 80% demand. There was news in December '04 that Delphi and other suppliers were adding more tooling/stuff so that they could meet demand.
The lawsuit just got everyone worried.
. But it never had any impact on the IUP availability.
