If only the stereo's lights could be changed to match, now that would be something. Another new improvement for the 2006MY
I was thinking that too. But, you can always go with an aftermarket stereo that offers multiple colors. I have seen them before. While I'm sure you can't get 125 colors you may be able to get a few--hopefully one will match your preferences.

I think mine will be set to red. Except I think the gauges turn red if there is a problem with the car.

MY Color is fun to play with. I have made all 125 colors ONCE. I set it on a sonic blue looking color and left it. The changes in the colors are very subtle so don't expect to make Turquoise for example. You do have to have the lights on for the MY color to work, if its daytime and you have no lights on they are white. It is also correct that you can not do it while driving. If it was a stand alone feature I would have probably passed it up.

The message center is the best part of this option. I manually calculated my gas mileage and it is right on the money as far as the computer is concerned. I also like the system check feature and how many miles you can drive until you run out of gas etc. The interior of the car would be bland in my opinion without the upgrade package. Just my .02 worth.

I'd probably go with Lime Green or White most of the time... I think an option where the colors alternate automatically switched would be nice...

Joe, is the Windveil Blue a knock out in person? Just wondering I have one on order and still have not seen one in that color in person.
Michael
I was just out in my garage taking a break from watching the election coverage, and of course checking out my ride, and was thinking that I am very happy with my color choice. The only other colors I considered were silver or legend lime. I've had 4 silver cars and my wife didn't dig the LL, so for me the choice was easy.

I was wondering about my choice of wheels though. It has been raining for the last two or three days, and the gray bullits seem to make the car look a little dirtier when the car is dirty and the tires are in need of armorall. I was thinking the bright machined might help to make it look a little cleaner in the winter months when I can't wash it very often. I love the bullits when the car is all cleaned up though. Maybe I'll pick up some brighter wheels to use this winter with the snow tires I'm getting.
