Iacocca Mustang...in red!

All of the Iacocca Mustangs built were supposed to be silver, but apparently the did one in red and one in black. What do you guys think of the red? Better than the silver?

The most beautiful of all Mustang custom designs. Befitting the "I" for Mr. Mustang, Lee Iacocca. Bravo! No gaudy stripes or crazy wheel & tire combos. Just perfect and clean.

Galpin has one in black as well. I'm sure some photos will pop up sooner or later.

Red is nice! I think that front end is one of the best ever for an S197. In black it would look positively sinister!

Never liked the fastback going all the way to the back on this generation of car though. Seems too big, like the Mustang version of the rear end of a Porsche Panamera or a Honda Crosstour. And yes, I know they're 4 door cars, but they're 4-drs with big chunky butts! Unless that's your thing...

+1 on the simple lines with no wacky combos. The lines should have a chance to speak for themselves.

Best looking s197, love that car.
That's what the new body should have been.

are those cars all steel? looks like every panel has been redone...$$$

I love the front end, like the backend, but the quarter window covers I kinda dont get...I think if they went that far, why not go all the way and put real 69 popout windows and the sail panel emblems, or true louvers... definitely a pretty car though as-is!

Never thought much of anything about it. Seems like just another interpretation. As much as I love fastbacks, this isn't doing it for me. I wouldn't kick it out of bed though.

Diaper free!!

Notice it was the 45th in 2009 - for the same guy that pushed Mustangs out a half year early on purpose for the April 1964 Worlds Fair.

2015 guys can eat it! lol

That car is nearly perfect. If they sold that as a body kit I'd be all over it.

It is a beautiful car, not many cars I would consider getting rid of the 428R, that is one.

The front fascia is was well. It looks really misshapen near the passenger side driving light.
