Went to Ridge Vineyards to pick up of few celebratory bottles and the view photo is from the top of Montebello Road overlooking the bay.
And as for the house, yes it is very nice, it’s called Villa Montalvo
It was built as a summer home by a three term mayor of San Francisco in 1912. Not mine, wish, but down the street from me.

I finally got to cruise around a bit today, and I LOVE it.
Only problem is my son, who just a few months ago got a brand new 05 V-6 likes it too. He already asked if he can get a parking permit for his high school parking.

I see you finally went for the fanblades! Good choice ! Now our cars are really identical 
! (got mine last week).
