I need an X-Plan Pin please

If there is anyone out there with an X Plan pin number to spare, I would greatly appreciate it. I am thinking of trading in my 2005 Gt for a California Special and they arent budging much on the price, but with X Plan they have to give it to me slightly over invoice and with out dealer fees. So if anyone could spare one I would be very happy.

Thanks

You can request a PIN for xplan through blueovalforums. Also, your xplan price, if I'm not mistaken should be slightly lower, not over. I believe the formula to calculate xplan is: dealer invoice x .996 + $75 = xplan price (and no dealer fees). That's what I'm going by for mine..........so I hope I'm correct!

Question - do you have to be a Ford employee to get a pin number or can you be just anyone?

You can either be an employee of an x-plan company or a Ford retiree can give out pins to whomever they like. X plan price on mustangs is always within $50 of invoice. The more expensive it is, the more it starts to creep under invoice, but its a matter of a few bucks.

Thanks. I used to be eligible for the xplan because I worked for a united way agency but have since changed jobs, so for the first time in 14 yrs no xplan! I could still get a pin from their website because I still have the info I need to do it, but just don't feel right doing that - those things have a way of coming back and kicking ya in the butt, ya know?

You should be able to post on blueoval forums once you register. I got my pin there with no problems.
