Gary, this totally sucks what's happening to you and your car. Body work definitely separates the men from the boys and you can really tell when you're getting a sub-standard job. Just as an FYI, you can get crappy work even at shops that do STRICTLY body work. There really is talent involved in doing this stuff and it shines brightly when there is a lack of experience.

As an aside, we shouldn't lump all vocationally trained people into a big group like that. It would be like saying all college grads are pompous and arrogent.

I personally have met many an over-educated moron and honestly, you can have smart people at every education level and dumb ones just as easily.
