I cannot stay mad at my salesperson

So, after seeing the cornfield commercial, I knew that is what I wanted. Unfortunately at the time, I was going back to college and money was tight. This spring however, I had a good job for 8 months and decided it was time. So in March, I started looking for an 05' No luck in finding what I wanted and the dealer I went to recommended waiting til I could order an 06'
So June comes around and I start looking for an X-Plan dealer. Of course initially I was unsuccessful in trying to get a GT with X-plan. So I email a good dozen dealerships and found 2 actually.
June 18th-order placed
After much explanation and back and forth emails, I was able to get my DORA and VOC on July 1st. At that time I asked for an eta and was told "Oh I saw October 11 on our sheet." whatever that was.
August 8th, They start building so I again contact my dealer girl, (they are about 1 hr from me). That Friday (12th), I was told it was still C/U. So at this point I was settled in for a long wait.
August 22nd. Sales girl calls and says "Merry Christmas, your car is on my lot. (ME=> :shock: ) And so begins the longest week of my life. Immediately I contact my bank and insurance that day. Apply for a loan online, get it approved and they will mail out the forms that day. Insurance will send me the temporary tags. Friday night, before I go home to pick up my car, the loan comes in the mail and I am all set.
9am Saturday the 27th comes and I am at the dealer door. My baby is in the garage and ready to go. Let me tell you I am hooked. Unbelievable! My sales girl says that it came in on Friday the 19th but she wanted to make sure everything was ok and let the service department have a look at it. 100% AOK.
The cool thing is she told me that 2 days before I ordered my car. A guy ordered an 05'. He is still waiting. Poor guy and he already saw my car in the lot. Dealer said that the reason I got my soon was probably because I was on the X-Plan. WOW being rewarded and saving money.
So here she is. I got pics with the car half in the shade so you all can compare the color in the sun and out of it.
