The interior, any leather conditioner will do and if you are hard on carpet use a $6 can of Scottguard, if not skip it. It is fact undercoatings promote corosion. The underside is coated in production of the steel with E-Glav. Just stray paint the rear axle with a black rust preventive paint to keep it like new. All the steel body panels are also two-side Electro-Glavanized. Reconsider, save your money pal, for other things.

Really, I am going to keep this car forever, and it will be a daily driver.......but undercoating makes a car have a greater chance of corrosion? 
I don't have to worry about salt on roads here in the maritime climate of the Pacific Northwest.....but it does rain cats and dogs alot of the time. If you are reading this post.....please educate me a little more on what I truly don't know much about. If any of you others that have factual knowledge on this subject, please chime in......

He's right. Protection packages are renowned as simply being pure profit for the dealership.
Get yourself a cheap can of Scotchguard and a good quality leather treatment for the interior and then use the $$$ you save on the "Protection Package" to get yourself some Zaino for the paint.
Zaino is the best product that ever was for waxing your car. It's head and shoulders above any other waxing product on the market today (though it's a multi-step process) More here:

we never ever even brought up undercoating and all that crap
that guy is right wax it and condition the leather and scotchguard the carpet for like 50 bucks lol
