For those interested. Once a Mustang comes off final assembly it is parked it the lot. The lot is arranged in rows by state and country. For example New York has about 150 Mustangs in the row now. So by grouping them by region (state) they then ship them in this order. If it weren't for the hold on some this system flows nicely.
