on the passenger's side dash

during my radio fiasco it got scratched...it may have been by me or by the dealer i dont know

but there is a v scratch on there from what seems like the waterfall plastic piece resting up against it

my luck is that part isnt a seperate piece

I hope I am wrong but I am pretty sure it is part of the dash and looking at parts.com it cost around $1,300

 

Look on the bright side now you have an excuse to by the leather wrapped dash!!!

i wonder if i can repair it somehow so its not as noticeable

 

I'll bet someone good may be able to buff it out ?( I know its diifernt but with a piece of Lexan when its scrathed a tad we just run a fast torch over it and its gone, too much heat and many bubbles).
