Man you had a 67 Mustang??and let it go??? I have always dreamed of building a 67 or 68 fastback . My brother had a lime green 68. GT 390, I have always wanted one like that,, hopefully I will get one when I retire from my job.

Thor was built the last week 05's were built. I have no plans to ever get rid of this car. It will be with me forever.

+1 If you've spent more on wheels than you have on gas then something's wrong here. That car was made to be driven!

I still got my GT Redfire Metallic Premium 5-spd. It was built on June 2005 and I took delivery on July 10, 2005 two days before my birthday.

Photo on the day I picked it up at the dealer.

It just rolled over 50,000 miles this morning (3/2/2011) and it's still running like the first day I got it. Even the tires are still OEM.

This is my GT 5 1/2 years later!

Since then, I've changed or added a few things:
Swapped stock rims for Silver Bullitt wheels
Swapped stock muffers for Ford Racing Axle-back GTAs
Swapped stock intake for a K&N CAI
Added Diablo Sport Predator tuner
Added GT 300 side stripes

Back in 2006, I entered it in a few car shows and in two separate occasions it won the top award (1st prize Best of Show and gold award).

Me and my "Best of Show award" on April 2006.

I got mine in May of '05. Unfortunately, in March of '06, it was totaled (idiot ran a red light in front of me). Ordered an '07 on the first day the order banks were open, it arrived July 20 '06, and now has 47K miles on it. Unless some other idiot takes this car away from me, I imagine I'll have it another 5 years or more.

67 coupe, 289, auto: bought it from my parents, helped dad rebuild the 289 to hi-po specs. He was a "stock appearance" kinda guy, and I didn't mess with it too much when I got it. I'm sure I got pictures somewhere, but definitely pre-digital era.....Sold it when I parted ways with the first wife... (there's motivation to either STAY married, or stay single!!)
Anyways, there's a few unfinished projects listed on Denver's CL, so I may pick up another one someday, just to keep the garage full when the boy moves on.

Original 05 orner as well here, ordered a vert as soon as they were announced in February.

It's mineral grey, unique color to 05's.

It has changed a lot since I got it as you can see from the pic
