How Long Should It Take To Raise/Lower Top

I'm wondering how long it is supposed to take for the convertible top to lower or raise. Seems to take a while to raise, wondering what the "normal" time should be.

I think the owner's manual says about 12 seconds. I've never timed mine but it seems accurate.
