90-88 degree night in Dallas TX

This was still showroom stock. My first run of the night was a 14.67 at 95.I did not manual shift. I decided that it was shifting to early in D with OD off TCS off. So I pulled the #45 fuse to clear the keep alive to the PCM.Cooled it off drove it straight to the staging lanes. That got the transmission to shift at about redline and result in the next pass of 14.30. It was still warm at that point. I did some cool downs and launched at 2000 to 2200 and the results were 14.16 14.08 and the Best pass at 14.00 at 98. I had my tire pressure at 32PSI and just cleaned the tires. No rotating burnouts this time.

I am waiting right this min for the ups guy to bring me the C&L racer and SCT flash with Bamatune 93 RACE . I have the Steeda Billet LCA`s aswell. I will install all this stuff this afternoon and run it again this Friday at Texas Motorplex 1/4. Temps should be the same so we will see the diff.

 

I got everything installed.... With the 93 Race tune and intake it is much faster. I cannot wait to see the 1/4 mile results. 1st 2nd 3rd gear is banging hard shifts now.... I am so impressed with Dougs Bama AUTO Tune!!!!!!

 

With about 900 miles on the clock, I took it to Moroso and ran a 13.4 with just Flowmaster axlebacks. Stop posting on this forum and go plant some rubber at the track

 

Just got back from the track.

Last Week best was 14.00 bone stock.

With Dougs 93 Race and C&L Racer intake Bama Tune and Steeda LCA`s

Car still hooked really nice. I am going to wait for cooler weather now. It was in the Mid to lower 80`s and about 40-50 % humidity.
