i was wondring if anyone can tell me how the gt sounds when u start the car and if u have driven one how is it thanks guys

 

I love the sound when it starts up. It kinda roars to life...when I show the car to my friends I start it up and they go "whoa".

It sounds great. When the car is cold, there is a little more burble and crackle and if you rev it cold to 2500 and snap off the throttle, it can get a little pop of unburnt gases. Sounds like an American V8 should.

 

On the Mustang Source, click on timeline....then click 2005....then click GT....then click Mineral Grey and you will find an owner that has recorded his GT at startup and giving some throttle....... is this what you're looking for???

PS: The sound is also quite addicting. You will find yourself making all sorts of excuses to start it up and drive it around.

It sounds nice, but this car is in desperate need of some better mufflers because it's too quiet. I had a straight through pipe with Flowmasters on my '98 GT and in my opinion it sounded much better.

Oh and I'll post pics real soon of my car. I've been having too much fun driving it... Mineral Grey GT, dark charcoal leather, spoiler delete, Bullits, etc.

My buddy had an 01 Cobra 'vert with X pipes or something and it sounded SWEEEEEET.

 

theres this awesome sound studio from forddirect.com hold on let me get a link.....it has all the sound effects like a GT start up, drive by, and shifting. i love playing with the mycolor. my family gets soooo angry when i play with it. yet my mom loves it. i showed it to my friends and they loved it. but when i actually got my hands on the keys and started it up/drove around it was A BEAST. ok enough babbling heres the link
