how does a company qualify to become a partner to offer the xplan as an incentive to its employees? I have a partner list and 2 of our companies competitors are on there. I have talked to the HR director and the company and he is interested in becoming a partner to offer these incentives.

 

I'm not sure how other companies become partners, but my employer is a partner becuause we're a supplier to Ford. At least that's what I've been told.
