CRANE DRIVING CUSTOMER SEEKS RETRIBUTION FOR BOTCHED MUSTANG ORDER
-Cape Coral
In an unnerving display of frustration, a customer at Dewey Cheetam Ford of Cape Coral decided to take matters into his own hands when he learned that the dealership had sold his pre-ordered Mustang GT to someone else at a higher price.
Seymor Butts a retired crane operator said "Those mother(expletive deleted) are going to pay for their mistake" as he was carted off by Cape Coral police for reckless endangerment.
It seems that the dealership had sold his black Mustang GT that he had special ordered to someone who was willing to pay ten thousand dollars over M.S.R.P.
Mr Cheetam, the dealership owner said "I don't know why he's so upset, we offered him that yellow V6 instead, heck we were saving him money, I mean think about the savings in gas and insurance, let alone the difference in price. I thought he was getting the sweet end of the deal".
Mr Butts did indeed take delivery of the new yellow Mustang and returned an hour later with the car on a crane hovering over the dealership owners office. He had a megaphone and demanded that his original order be fulfilled in one hour, or he was going to drop the car on his office.
Police used a beanbag shotgun to subdue the angry Butts and was taken into custody without further incident.
