We just bought this 2005 GT yesterday and it has wonderful seats in it, but I have no idea if they are some sort of limited edition or after market stuff. Any thoughts out there?

I don't know of any factory seat cover like that but they're definitely a sweet edition. Could be aftermarket like Zak said or might be something the previous owner had made one off at an upholstery shop or something.

Edit - it might just be because I'm on my phone so the picture is pretty small but it looks to me that the headrest is a different shape than normal too. Definitely interesting. They're sweet seats whatever the story is behind them.

 

Definitely not OEM ............. the rear ones don't have the dark piping. Only two tones are in the California Special, but only in black/silver or black/tan and black/red in 09 or 10 Shelby's . Its very nice !

looks good. i saw some seats with the pony on them like that a month ago, but it was on a used car from a dealer so no way to find out anything. they werent 2 tone either though.

are those a light parchment? if so ive got some oem light parchment for a armrest cover and ebrake cover
