im in the market for some good headers before i get a new exhaust , i have looked into jba short and long tube headers , anybody know a pair which provides you with the max hp and tourque ?

You should do a search on headers, you'll find more information than you need, especially in the Tech section. Kooks, American Racing and Stainless Steel works are some of the top ones. Get 304 stainless steel and long tubes. Shorties will give you ~5rwhp and compared to the time/money to get them installed they are not worth it.
