Ordered 11/26/04 - priority code 10. Just received a build date of 1/10/05 . How long to be built and shipped to sunny Florida?

I wish I had atleast that.... from what it looks like you can expect your GT two weeks after it is built. Nice Color!!

 

Hey Todd---I ordered 11/23/04, and just got the same build infor---week of 1/10/05.

Anyone -- Is 2 weeks after built accurate on the delivery estimate?

 

I was concerned about IUP delays, spoiler delays, etc. None proved to be the case. I even asked my dealer to improve my priority code, which was originally a 24, and they improved it to a 10. Guess delivery time all depends on how many GTs your dealer has been allocated to receive and the priority code assigned. I ordered a Magnaflow axle back kit today. Should be here sometime in the next week. Still trying to decide if I am going to change the wheels or not. If anyone can offer some suggestions for replacements with the proper offset I would appreciate the help.

Dealer said I should see the vehicle 1 week after scheduled build date - 1/10/04.

Yes - I'm just a little excited. Like a 40 year old kid on Christmas morning!!

 

The general rule of thumb (so my dealer friends tell me) is expect it 2 weeks after the friday during your build week.

So 1/28/05 would be a reasonably date.

 

that is the quickest order to build that i've seen!!!

That is pretty quick. The dealer must have had good allocation an obviously there were no orders before him.

 

Great color choice guys. I ordered 10/26 build week 11/29 expected delivery Dec 16 The car is sitting on a carrier waiting for delivery by AAG, I emailed them this morning, just waiting for a driver to bring the load up from the railhead yard. Maybe tomorrow of Thurs. for the car to arrive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrates Arvil on the car. Mine had its original ETA of Dec 20th, but they bumped it up to the 16th. It has been sitting at the railhead in N.C. since Dec 6th, status this morning at 9am was loaded on truck and waiting for the load to be dispached up to the Tidewater area of VA. Its about a 7 hour trip up this way, have no idea when those leave there yard. Doesn't matter now, I am a short-timmer..........yeah right!!!!
