Harman's Showlenses - No Support After the Sale!

Just thought I'd share this tidbit. I ordered taillight sequencers from Harman's which I received in about one week. Two things happened after opening the shipment. The two separate white wires with the push-in pins were chewed up by my newly acquired puppy. Secondly, she chewed up the instructions!

I called Harman's three weeks ago to order a couple replacement wires/pins and instructions. Left a voicemessage. Call not returned. I have called ten or so times since. Still no call returned. I love the statment on this website, "NO CALL GOES UNANSWERED!"

Obviously I cannot install the sequencers. The only downloadable instructions on this website is for the 1996-2004 sequencers. I'm assuming ours are different so I'm not going to use these.

Does anyone have these instructions and or a pic of the push-in pin? I've basically given up trying to contact Mr. Harman....

I am pretty sure Harmon is just a 'middle man' on the sequencers. What set did you buy the M&Ms or Web Electrics?

what does the control module look like? Is is in a black 'tube' or is is just a silicone covered board?

It's a covered square PCB. Also, would you know where I can get the push-in pins for the inboard sockets? Thanks for your help!

That sounds like the M&M kit. They can be hard to get in touch with. I will see if I can did up a business card I had for them.

Bret, thanks for all your help!

Greg, I'll keep you posted if I'm still alive. These go in my wife's car and I've had the kit for about three weeks now..... just no instructions and no way to connect the inboard lights....

Yeah, he sounds of a very personable guy on his voice message greeting.. About ten unanswered calls and two e-mails though.... not my opinion of the best way to run a business....

BTW, here's a pic of who I believe was the guilty party who destroyed my two pins/wires and instructions....

Come and get her but make it soon because she's growing very fast. She doesn't look like a baby any more.

A chewing puppy is a happy puppy.

Just thought I'd point that out - another revelation from yours truly, Captain Obvious.
