Hanger Squeaking and exhaust rattle 07 GT!!! Help!

I added some Bassani Race mufflers to my 07 GT. They sound great and have mounted them perfect. It seems the rubber washer inside the hanger just cant handle the power. They are very tight, Im thinking of putting a thicker washer in there. Does anyone have any ideas so I can stop hearing the squeaks and rattles?

It may be the hanger if its rattling. I put mine back in the first time and installing the front hangers, I put the bolts in the vertical support and tightened them first(horizontal bolt), and noticed after a rattle that the horizontal part wasn't sitting flat, although they felt tight(the PITA bolts right above the muffler). I could shake the pipe as much as I wanted and could never hear the rattle, only when driving at low rpms. Loosened the two on the sides of the frame rails, tightened the ones under the rail and re-tightened the side again, violia!

Some of the latest 07's apparently also came without the metal bushing in the center of the rubber. A few places are selling updated stainless ones with the bushing. If they don't have a bushing you may be able to order hangers from an 05 unless they changed them all. If everything is definitely tight against the frame and it still rattles/squeaks, that might be it. Also, makes sure the clamps are very tight-see if you can move the pipe up and down with any flex at the over-the-axle to axle-back joint.

The way the brackets are shaped, they only seem to sit flush if you tighten the lower part of the bracket first, but when you are installing them you naturally go for the vertical part of the bracket because of its easy access. Crawl under and check em out. I tend to crank down on stuff(my avitar resembles me working on a car with wrenches) and that sucker was still not flush the first time.

I checked mine today because I forgot to even look when I put in my exhaust. I do not have any metal bushings, just the rubber. No noises at all though
