GT Swap Done - Will Start But Will Stall
I have two swaps I did, first off my 05 Mustang was a V6 Auto. It’s now a GT with a manual, I used a GT auto harness and converted it to manual, a 07’ engine harness and a 09’ intake manifold (only items I could find at the time), luckily I’m good with wiring and mated all of them to work together with my body harness and the intake to the different engine harness. I did have three wires left over on both chassis to engine harness connectors - first three are white, yellow/light green, and red. On the engine side I had leftover were 2 red wires, and a red/black. Don’t know if these will help as I don’t know if that’s my problem because I know the engine side had extra for AC and what not for later wiring update. I can start the car and it’ll start but won’t stay running, some starts it’ll stay running for about 10 seconds and some will die right away. I found out the one of my injector wires were swapped so made sure they were on the right injector for firing order. Now that the car is ready to run, I have 5 codes - P0689, P0690, P1000 (not worried about), P2104, P2111. Any help will be appreciated and the whole motor is rebuilt with new parts besides the throttle body, mafs, cam positioning sensors, evap solenoid, injectors and coils. also when I try to start it, I did notice even though I gave it some gas (gas pedal) when starting, it didn’t help or try to force it to stay running so I would suspect an ecu or communication problem to tell it to turn off correct? And to add note, mustang V6 was running perfectly before swap so I know it’s nothing of an issue besides bad gas.. 8 months old but it should stay running correct...?
