GT Spark Plugs

Has NGK come out with their one piece design yet? If not, are they?

hmm not sure, had great luck with my autolite ht1's when i was N/A. Now i run the ford plugs that came with the whipple ho kit

I've had good luck with the Champions so far. I would have been all over a set of NGK though. There was a rumor that someone in the company had announced they were working on them.

Are there any direct replacement 1-piece spark plugs for the 05-08.5 cylinder heads?

Those would be the ones made by Champion.

Champion P/N 7989

15.5mm Main Thread Size, 14mm Thread Width at Initial Barrel, 10mm Thread at Electrode Shield Barrel, Tapered Seat, Copper Core, Platinum Tipped Center Electrode and Platinum Tipped Ground Electrode. NOTE: Plug has a complete one-piece outer shell - the plug will not break at the beginning of the barrel or electrode shield.

I have been running the Champions for almost 40K miles now. No problems at all. Car runs great and gets good mileage.
