Gt deluxe arrays vs premium arrays

Ok , I'm gonna feel dumb once I find out the answer!!
On the shaker 1000 system The gt deluxe arrays priced out as $1575. The premium arrays price out as $1153. Does this mean the price of the stereo is cheaper if you get the premium package??

The Premium Array comes standard with the Shaker 500 (the deluxe does not). The price of the Shaker 1000 is lower on the premium because you are only paying the difference between the Shaker 5000 and Shaker 1000.

Doesn't the Shaker 1000 come with higher quality speakers in addition to the subs? I think I read that somewhere, but it still doesn't justify the high cost of the option IMHO. The Shaker 500 is the best value.

Shaker 1000 is definately big-buck, It had better rock the earth with no distortion for that price :shock:
Premium models simply are a package group to separate leather and cloth models. Usually the normal matrix of orders are going to be cloth deluxe models. Even in current trim, it is nearly impossible to find a deluxe with leather.

now where did i see that? :scratch: i think it used to be on the timeline, but it has changed so it doesn't mention the speaker count and a few other things anymore.

In fact, I'm not sure what the difference is between the premium V6 and the deluxe V6.
The premium adds Shaker 500 and 6 way power seat. Is there anything else that the V6 Premium adds?

According to the Order Guide the V6 Premium adds the following:

Premium GT's include the 500 and leather. Deluxe V6's will be ordered by dealers as base stripper models. Everything else will be Premiums.
