I like those headlights better, although the dual HID's on the GT-R woulda been smoking.

I bought that book last week and couldn't put it down. It's got an abridged version of mustang history, why the style is the way it was/is, chassis and body construction, concepts (multiples of the '05) and more. It's well worth it.

I just so happen to have a $30 gift cert. in my wallet! bwahahaha

ill stop by barnes and noble during lunch at school (i have 2 hours off during the lunches... tricky maneuver but dooped the school into thinking i have a class at a different school and have to commute every day...).

also... wow, i love that ducktail. definately keeps the car 'clean' but adds a nice something to the back end so its not so plain.

Wonder why they went away from the ducktail? Looks so good and natural on the rear end. Just doesn't make any sense.

Got mine on overstock.com.

Just got it in. Here's a pic I saw in there and knew that the ducktail nuts would like to see it. It's an early mockup...check out the back.
Only one headlight has that 1970 bar across it.

Now that looks better! Ducktail could've been a little higher though!

Well finished the book and it is definitely worth the money (not even wallmart)... It is interesting that it shows the manifold cover as an upgrade for the GT when it turns out that it's no longer an option. Wonder what else the bean counters may have screwed with (and I haven't gotten mine yet)?

This is a great book! I got it at Barnes and Noble last weekend. I couldn't wait to get it anywhere else. It's really very interesting and hard to put down if you're a Mustanger!

I was reading it at B&N last night too. I will buy it next time I'm in there since I can't fit the fullsize car in my budget at this time.

Picked up my copy from B&N last night. There is one page (don't remember which) where the type is all messed up making the page illegible. Guess I'll take it back now and get another copy thru Walmart at that lower price. BTW - outstanding pictures of the chassis. This really is must-reading for anyone interested enough to be participating here.

Got my book, read it cover to cover. This is a Must have for any 2005 owner or potential owner in my opinion. Very interesting reading and a great conversation piece also.
