:bang: I called my dealer today and got all of my information for her. I then attempted 10 times to get the ERL number to work with me, but no such luck. Every time I called, the computer lady kept repeating back my information un-correctly. Can anyone find out for me where my mustang is sitting at in line?? I would gladly appreciate it. haha you can talk to her like your talking to a 2 year old it doesnt make a difference. that lady never understands a darn thing. i have only been sucessful one time.

 

I understand the frustration.
I had no problem with the ERL until yesterday.
Now she thinks "8" sounds like "2".
Sometimes, you just gotta grin and bear it.

 

haha ya..and i think the way she says 1 is hilarious too.

 

She is just exhausted because all of us have driven the VOPC call volume up about 5000%!

make sure you leave the "D" out and say: "four" "eight" "zero" "two" "seven"

Also, make sure you don't make the same mistake I did. It's "two" "zero" "zero" "six" for the year, not "two" "zero" "zero" "five".

 

You can also try "Two-Thousand-Six" if you're having trouble with the year. I haven't had any problems with the ERL...yet.

 

Yup, "Two - thousand - six" works for me also. When you do body type make sure it is "tee - eight - two" or "tee - eight - five", etc.
