Got my DORA today, anyone know when the ERL updates status?
I got a copy of my DORA today (Friday, 4/21) and called the ERL to check status. The status as of 4/19/06 was "clean and unscheduled". I was hoping that the order would have gotten pulled last night and that the ERL would have provided current status. How often is the ERL data updated, i.e. should I call back later today, or should I just wait until next Friday?

There is usually a couple day lag in the system being updated. Your dealer should usually be able to tell you if you were scheduled last night. Our Mustangs for this week did not pull last night for some reason [nor did super duties so don't think its a Mustang conspiracy LOL]. Ours are due to pull tonight so if I were you i would wait until Monday and call your salesperson.

I found out today that I've got a VIN and that it was serialized on 4/13. Best news I've heard in awhile.
Ed, you're scheduled for production the week of 6/5. How low is you sequence # in your VIN. Mine was ordered on 3/24 and my sequence # is around 6100. Does that truly mean that 6100 Ponies will be built before mine?

Hey Steve, I think the VIN's are assigned sequentially but I'm sure Ed would know better. I'm happy for you [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif[/img] but mad with my dealer because they wouldn't take my order when I first went in on March 14th. It did get into the system quickly after I went back in on April 1st, so hopefully I'm not too far behind you guys.
Question for both of you: I'm still not certain that they've coded the cloth top correctly on my order. Both the VOC and the DORA list the top as "A" Black Convertible Roof, vs. "CA" which I believe is the correct code. Everyone here and at the dealer has told me that the top codes only show up as one letter, and the dealer tells me that he did enter it as "CA". On the bottom of my DORA, where it lists the options processed, there isn't any "CA" code listed so I'm a bit suspicious. There is a "C09", but that doesn't tie in to anything that I spec'd out for the car. I'm wondering if that's the cloth top code? Do you guys have any mention of a "CA" code on your VOC or DORA, and/or do you have code "C09" on the bottom of yours?

I was just wondering, I ordered my car 3\2\06, They gave me a Full Vin Number, also They told me the car is being built , I tried to call the Relationship Center, but they are closed right now, But how come it took so long for your car to get to you? I cant imagine mine being much longer if last thursday was the build date.

I was just wondering, I ordered my car 3\2\06, They gave me a Full Vin Number, also They told me the car is being built , I tried to call the Relationship Center, but they are closed right now, But how come it took so long for your car to get to you? I cant imagine mine being much longer if last thursday was the build date.
