I think the later builds (I was delivered on 5/11) have been free of some of the problems that plagued the earlier builds. I have not had any popping strut noise, skipping CD's, or excessive gear whine. If you are having any of these problems, than I would say to have them checked out. If you're not having the problems, I doubt the techs are going to do much "investigation". It doesn't hurt to have them check some of these things anyway, since it's in the shop! Good Luck, maybe give us a report when you return.

My CD player was skipping once in awhile...it would skip several times one day, then for several weeks I wouldn't have any problems, which I thought would be a problem in that the dealer would tell me they couldn't find anything wrong when they checked the car.
But when I took the car in they said 'no problem we'll order a new one', and while at the dealer I mentioned the front end popping and he told me the guy that does suspension work was well aware of the TSB and the parts had been ordered.

What I would do is either print out the TSBs for the front end and the CD player (or write the numbers down) and hand them to the service advisor at your dealer, and if they claim they can't help you find another dealer that will.
