This topic has been beat to death.
Do a search and you will find all the info you need.
I believe that cars manufactured after March sometime cannot have the Global Window feature activated. Mine was born on April 27th.
I had the feature enabled and it does not work.

Outa luck I guess.

Mine works like a champ. Hey Hec, Mike is right. They stopped putting in the module/guts to them sometime in April I believe. It is a great feature and it has not malfunctioned yet. It is still a mystery why Ford took it away. Many guesses though.

I thought I heard that you needed to put a fuse in and it would work after being programmed?

Tech at Ford theorized on this and stated that because some windows "bounce back" when you close them from inside using one-touch-up, some folks who used "global close" would not notice one window, for example, bounced back down AFTER they started walking away.

Ford had no sensors to let global close know a window bounced back and was left open in a locked car, so you could see how that's a lawsuit waiting to happen. "My baby! Someone took my baby!!" (I get the Oscar for best dramatic statement in a thread)
