Is the Locking Gas Cap for the 2005 Mustang available? If it is, where can I find it? If it isn't, when will it be available? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

No. More concerned with people who have a "special" sense of humor. When you get something new and noteworthy, there is always someone out there who would like to take you down to their level.
