I am going to Fun Ford Weekend at Norwalk Raceway this weekend. I am hoping Ford brings down a 2005 Mustang.
In the past, they have had other models like the T-Bird there, before its launch date.
If there is a Stang there this weekend, I will give you the scoop!

Are you going to race or bring anything for the show? I'm going to show my 70 Convertible and run my 93 Lightning. This will be my first time drag racing so it should be interesting. My Dad will be showing 67 South of the boarder Mustang.
I sure hope the 2005 is there! :dance:

 

Sharp, I'm not racing, my 87 needs a lot of work. It was sitting around for a long time, due to me driving my 2001 GT.
We might drive my Dad's 70 custom Stang to Norwalk. He shows it on the weekends. Corvette Red with black racing stripes.

they didnt have it in VA the last weekend of june. but that isnt one of the bigger events for FFW. so they will probably have it

 

I hope they have it there for yaa man. If they do u have to take pictures. We all love new pictures of the 05. I'm not going to see that mustang for along time. I live in Canada in a small town. so it shoots. So keep the pictures coming

Fun Ford Weekend is a blast but no 05 Mustang. They were giving away the Full Throttle Ahead posters of the 2005 Mustang. Met GTJOHN there, It's pretty cool to meet people from the forums in person. I even won a trophy for my 70 Mustang Convertible. If anyone can make it Sunday, IMO it will be worth the trip.

 

Sounds great. I'm going to the one in Bristol the first weekend in August.

I hope the Mustang Gods smile on you guys and they bring one for ya. :worship: If not, look for your 2005 posters at the SVT trailers. They ran out early Saturday, we asked if they had more and they put out about another 500 more. They were gone in about 45 minutes.

Seems a lot of people were expecting it there!

Did you see former Houston Oilers/Atlanta Falcons coach Jerry Glanville drive his 49 Ford? He ran in the 8's. He had a couple cars there.

I was very impressed with that street legal Mustang Cobra running 8.70 in the quarter!! WOW!
