What fine dealership in southern calif is that from??? :nono: :nono: so we can ask a member of there fine sales staff

It was Sunset Ford in Westminster, CA. I bought my car there, and ended up with an adequate deal, but they did the old-school grind on me harder than I've ever been ground before. I had to do 3 separate "fake walk-outs" to get the car for the price I wanted.

I wish we, as educated Mustang owners, could call them on this lame crap. What can we do?

I was ready to buy a 1996 cobra. When I sat down to do the financing they add $995 for undercoating, scotch guarding and paint treatment. I said I didn't want it, he said I had to take it "it was all ready on the car". That was a lie because the car was still dirty and not prepped. I told my sales man forget it and walked out. A week later the salesman called me and said they took that stuff off the car so if I still wanted it come on in. What a joke...

Try Mossy Ford in San Diego! The actual purchase took only 30 minutes and ZERO walk-outs. In fact the finance rep came to me right in the showroom (no backroom bu11). If not for the lojack install and a tiny touchup under the spoiler (yeah I checked every inch) it would have been the quickest deal of the century. I plan to buy all my cars from Teri Temeyosa @ Mossy!

My dealer also tried the "window etching" sales tactic. I said no. Remove windows...etching gone.
