Fuel Filter location?

I haven't gotten under the car to look yet, but I'm due to change it out when I do my oil next time as part of my 30K tune up...what is located near?

Under the passenger side of the car about where the passenger seat is located. There is a shield under the car to protect the filter and lines. The sheild is attached with 2 bolts, 2 nuts, and 1 plastic retainer. (If I remember correctly.) It's a pretty simple job, so have fun!

Actually it's underneath the drivers side, not passenger.
