I agree, this sounds fishy. Most people just contact Ford, they may even provide you with free specs. If they don't, then try to get one publicly. You can probably just order from a US Ford dealer and have it shipped.
If you read whole post I wrote above and saw all links I've posted and still think in this way I will not change your opinion. We operate like this for 3-4 years and never had meet such misunderstanding. Guys it was just an offer. If you think that you cant trust the company I work for ... I have to understand it but beeing in internet bussines for such a long time I a bit surprised.
Thanks anyway

It is nothing personal against you or your company. It just doesn't seem like a legitimate way to get the product you need to get specs you need. Your products look like very high quality. I doubt Ford would stop you from producing a good quality upgrade for their cars. Just write them and see what they say.

I've seen Redline advertised in many magazines, so I know the company is real. And I've seen their products first-hand, so I know the quality is top notch.

What reason would he have for trying to get you to send him your shift boot if he's not legit? I don't imagine there is a market for aftermarket '05 Mustang shift boots.

I don't have my '05, yet, but would not hesitate to get in on this if I did. I think you guys who have taken delivery are missing out on a pretty cool opportunity.

My $0.02.

Probably I would do so but don't get me wrong... I posted such offer cause since very begining we were doing so. The main problem is that in many cases U.S cars I mean us versions are different than what I can get or see in europe. Thats why we developed such a system which was very easy and fast. This menthod has proven to work effectively for both sides and the list of our products can be proof, that this can be done.
And I dont got this as a something persolan or so, I am just explaining my point of view.

Thanks

Does it have to be red stitching? I think that would clash with my exterior, would you be making one with blue?

I didn't like seeing the fact that you sent the RX-8 owner his original boot back in pieces. What good is that if he doesn't like the result of the one you made?

Personally I have seen some nice stuff from Redline in the past but the pics posted in this topic leave me scratching my head. I just don't like them.

Uhh, all you have to do is look on the timeline of this site, it has plenty of picture of the 05's interior, such as this one:
