I now cant find the email from the guy to ask him about swapping the interior for the non green

THANKS!!!!!

PS- how did you open it to change out the board??

Barricade, did you get the information you were looking for??

I bought mine on ebay, the seller was from Tiawan. If you bought yours from ebay, they will have a record of your transaction. Look it up, shoot him an email and he will take care of you.

Opening it is easy. Jest remove the lill screw and the halves come apart. puttin it back together is tough but doable.

Actually no. I get the same response you get if you follow the URL's in the first posts.
Its not longer listed.
I went back on eBay and I believe I found him. I emailed him and he saiys he has one "for a good price"....

sigh.....

I knew I shouldnt have waited to try this. The key is cut & everything now works but the remote.

Looks like he doesnt offer an 05 or 06 anymore....I need the one without the light.

yep, thats him. I know he sent my non lighted board to me for nothing. And didnt want me to send the lighted one back.

wont hurt to ask him what he wants for the non lighted board.

You got the itchy finger when ya got it right?? cutting the key before making sure the remote works.

OHH does the remote work at all?? Doors, trunk and panic?? OR is in not working the alarm?? I dont have an alarm so thats not a worry for me, and the non lighted works as it should.

he wants me to send the whole thing back to him...address out of Taiwon.

uughhh...I already cut and programmed the key! AFter he says that he asks me to
tell all my friends about his flip key. Im thinking..."dude....it doesnt work"!

He asked me why I waited so long to try it. I told him I was in the middle of doing other
modifications to the car (which I was) and priority wise it was set back.
I think he thinks Im trying to get it to work on some other car now.

I guess I will ask him how much to send me a new board. He even admitted that 10% of the 2006 models
dont work with the green light. Just my luck.

I got sick and tired of retightening the screws that hold the key blade in. I even tried some locktight and the scews still managed to back out. When the screws get loose they jamb the key from flipping open and you have no choice but to force it open causing a gash in the plastic fob.

Got the new board. No more green light but it now works.
Its just one screw that holds on that back panel.

Anyways it all works now. It doesnt appear very durrable so
I reprogrammed my other two remotes as well...so now I have 3 that work
with the car. Looks like it will just be a "show" key.

I dont know what your talking about. Ive been using mine since 11-10 and havent had a single issue. But even if I did, I would just put a drop of super glue on the screw and twist it in before it sets up.

Barricade, glad ya got it working. Did the seller make you send it back or pay for shipping on the non lighted board??

06stangsc, Fusion key,, How did ya get that to work with your 06 stang?? I had one of them, (all in one) and couldnt get it programmed (the fob part) to my 06 built 12-05

He made me pay for a new board....$28 i think. My problem is I waited too long to try it so now he knows I cant leave feedback on him. It was advertised as an 06 model. Turns out half the 06's use one style and the other half uses the other style (gereen light & no green light). I had a 50-50 chance and lost.

Anyways...now it doesnt work at all.
It worked for a week. Could be the battery but geee wiz.....

What a waste of time & money.

I just got my key from him 2 days ago for my 07 and the remote worked perfectly. However the key was not cut exactly but starts the car but doesn't open the doors. It even looks like its slightly twisted now. Not sure if blanks are available other then going to Mazda and paying $40 bucks for a blank when this remote only cost $50. LOL

I have been using mine on the 06 for almost two years now with hardly any issues. Yes the set screws used to wrok loose, but never enough to prevent the key from opening, a little red lock tightfixed that. I do on ocasion have to push the button a couple of time to get it to work. Otherwise it does what it is supposed to do. I even got one for my 02 GT. I had to modify the ignition switch cover and hack a transponder out of a old style key to get it to work, but it does. The wierd thing is the 02 is the new style guts and has a better range than the 06. I bought one of the keys like Stelthy77 is talking about. If you think the artway keys are big those are humongus and cheap. My neice broke the pin that holds the key closed the frist time she tried to close it. Also it was supposed to be made for the 02. The transponder would never program to the pats system.

UPDATE: The head of the screw sheared itself off. I guess it will never come off now. LOL

I ordered this one, you transfer the internals from your factory remote into this one.
