Congrats man. My own story before I bought my pony sort of parallels yours (the crap was piling up so deep for several years that if something bad didn't happen for a few days, I'd start thinking the universe was saving up a really big one to throw my way)

I paid my loan off early & I'm already saving up for the 50th to go along with Allison. I just hope they do a good job with it & make it something worth saving up for--do something special for the 50th!!

 

That is so true! I got to the point where if there was nothing going wrong, i almost didn't know what to do with my time... but those times are far behind me and i'm totally stoked to have this very loud and very beautiful symbol of my new outlook and situation in life!

It sounds like you pulled through and now the reward has come in. Congrats on Sweet Jane. I also went through a lot of crap and in the end I came back to my roots in having a chance to own a Stang. Since everyone names their cars I will also name my car after my fiancee...Judith.

 

I thought about naming her in reference after my ex-wife, by calling her "Not-Amy".... but alas I didn't want anything about her anywhere near my new baby, lol.
