If that doesn't cure it I wonder if your drive shaft might be out of balance?

Well the sticky weights have much less leverage then the ones on the outer rim, so it doesn't take much to get them a tiny bit out of balance. The roadforce balance should fix most of it. Mine still shimmy's a touch after sitting overnight and goes away when warmed up. The 17" pirellis are worse about temporary flat spots from sitting. The take up slack in the rear is normal, it will go away when you get the shifting smoother. Takes a bit to get used to the numb hydraulic clutch. After sitting through hundreds of test drives, everyone has a little trouble with it at first.

Thats great congrats. Its a beaut!!!!! Glad it was something simple. You will get the clunk if your rpms are too low when shifting or you wait too late to engage the clutch and let the rpms die down. Enjoy it, they are great cars!!!
