Waaaaaaaaaa! Well I'm hoping it's not a big deal. I don't need the car until early August when my second car comes off lease. Anyone think I'll have a problem? I don't want to bug the dealer about changing the priority if I don't have to.

If you are in no hurry there is no problem with this for mine was a priority 40 as well .Mine's comming in about the time I expected and for you 6 month's would work out for all the issue's that are going on as long as you plan for the worst you won't be disapointed.
One of the bigger things is dealer allocation ,thats where it can slow your order down and how many have placed orders with him.

If you stay a 40 and orders keep going in at a lower priority the car will never be built. The number is only important in relation to others in the system. If you are the only mustang order that dealer has a 40 is the same as 10. Just be careful the don't keep plugging orders in ahead of you, they hit a commodities issue and then you're toast. Get the thing scheduled and built, early is better than never.

Yeah I'll just have to stay in touch with the dealer. He said that there were 6 other vert orders so far.

Man it's amazing how the activity in these forums has just skyrocketed. Remember when we were all waiting for production to start?

It's great, as long as the dealer has allocation available.
