you only need to call on Fridays, it's the only time it ever gets updated

 

You know they put people on Prozak or Paxil for having an obsessive compulsive disorder.

 

I called yesterday and yelled at the robot lady 3 different times. She has a hard time understanding my order number...."Cx0x". Finally I was transferred to the analyst and she asked my name, so I told her, and then she asked me what my position with the dealership was. I told her it was my car I was checking on and she wouldn't give me any info at that point.

Is there a special way to say the letter "C" so she will understand it the first time?

Dude.....I would edit that QUICKLY. The proprietor of this fine website has asked many times that we not post that number as a result of the request of his contact at Ford. Please edit it for the sake of all of us.

Does anybody know what time on Friday the system gets updated?

 

I have it updated on different days, actually I don't actually recall it being updated on Friday for me. I know I've had an update on a Monday and a Wed/Thursday.
