My dealer said last week I got scheduled for March 17th. I called "the number" and evil lady says no information for the order number given. Is this normal??

All I know is that she has a helluva time understanding me. I must have too much a southern drawl or something.

 

I'd like to do evil things to that evil robot lady!

 

Don't believe everything the ERL tells you....This morning she told me that as of 3-8, my car was shipped via rail (same status I've gotten in the past 6 days). I just spoke to my dealer and my Vert came in last night. I go get her this afternoon!

Unfortunately I've been shipped convoy carrier as of 3/3 and same status as of 3/10. :bang:

I guess this means I haven't even hit the rail lines yet.

 

ERL won't update again until the vehicle status is "delivered" from everything I've read. The only time the system is updated is when the status of your car changes. So logically your won't get an update until the vehicle was delivered.

I think we kinda create our own frustration when talking to ERL since we don't have a complete understanding of the system.

WOOOHOOOO I just called and I got pulled!!! No build date yet though!!!

Looks like the evil robot lady is updated Thursday night before midnight. I called at 11:12 PM

 

i called around 9 or so. now its 11:30 maybe ill try

Great news Dustin. Glad to hear it, hope you get a build date real soon.

I got tired of waiting and found one coming into a dealer about 70 miles from my house. Made the offer last night and should have the car before the end of the month. It's just like my SIG but has IUP. Of course I had to shell out more clams but I just couldn't live with the wait anymore.
