This ROBOT B$&@CH is really starting to pi$$ me off.

Still the same as I've been all week. I'm going to call the live people later today if she hasn't changed.

This not knowing what happened and when this week is really working on the stomach ulcers.

 

6505pony- Don't give up.... Give the robot lady until the end of today. My previous status was "as of 3-1 your unit is scheduled to be built week of feb 28th". Today the robot lady says "as of 3-3 your vehicle has been produced". Since the robot B$&@ch is telling you "as of 3-2 your unit is scheduled" I have a feeling that soon she will be telling you "as of 3-4 your vehicle has been produced."

 

Thanks for the words of encouragement leesi. I called this afternoon and got the same message. I then called the customer service line and got "they are still working on building your car. The dealer should get it between 3/7 and 3/18." I can tell you if they are still building there is no way the dealer is going to get it any time next week.

Just mentally exhausted over this week. I wasn't this worked up during the week my kids were expected to be born.

I'm not going to give up after all this time. I'm just getting fed up and the mood thing is starting to kick in.

Think I'll be better if I take a break over the weekend. Try to think of other things and hopefully good news come Monday.

The evil computer lady was real nice to me today. She says my car is on the convoy carrier as of 3/3. YESSSSSSS!!!!!

 

So NOW she's a lady, huh? Congrats!

Well don't get to excited. I've been on Convoy Carrier since the 1st of February!

 

I finally have some encouragement. My dealer called me and said that mine should shortly have a VIN number because the others before mine have been pulled, and they had pressed the regional manager and Ford.

Mine is supposedly at the top of their list now.
Lets see on Friday.

 

computer lady said my order is " locked in for production for the week of 3-7" I never heard the term -locked in for production. Any info ?

 

That is normal you become "locked in" right before they go into build week.

You're moving along.

 

So have we established that this system updates at all different times? A couple days ago it told me as of Mar 4th.. then today it was as of Mar. 8th..

I feel like a little kid at christmas time waiting for everyone to get home so we can open presents. I wish I could just forget about it for a month or so.

 

I checked in yesterday and mine was updated from - as of 3/4 to as of 3/7 - C/U. From what I've read - Friday is the day they can get pulled. Just gotta keep calling I guess.

 

Anyone else have a problem where once you call her and enter in all of your information, and confirm that it is correct, it doesn't give you a status but instead says "please hold to speak with an analyst?"

I have used the Evil Robot Lady before and she was able to update me about my order until I made some changes to my order and now she does this. Its kind of a pain not being able to use her especially as my build date is coming up soon.

Anyone else experience anything similar?

 

I called yesterday to confirm that my dealership submitted my order with their weekly stuff (they submit it every Tuesday night at closing) and sure enough the evil robot lady said Clean & Unscheduled. So lord knows how long I have until it gets any attention it's 1 day old... I'm guessing sometime in April, It's a V6.

But I don't know why it sends you straight to an analyst... I screwed up three times on my body code (don't ask) and it just cameback saying your an idiot and try again. I did see that my VOC and a second sheet with the updated order submission had all the info I needed for the evil one though.

Of course I do call after business hours to make sure I don't get a living breathing person. I don't want to hose it for anyone else.

 

so hey guys..... as of 3/4 i have a build date of 3/21..... if thats accurate.... when should my car come? I am in CA, btw....

 

wow....thats a fast turn around for your order. I placed mine exactly 15 days after yours and I hope to get pulled tonight. <keeping fingers crossed>

I ordered from a big dealer on x-plan with a decent allocation.

 

Considering some of the delivery issues they are having lately? It almost seems like you are cursed if you get the railcar since someone posted that nearly 2,500 Mustangs are waiting for a rail car somewhere.

If you get Convoy Carrier then I'd have to assume you'd have it sometime the first half of April.

 

*sigh* no good news yet

 

I called her yesterday, and my Build date got pushed back by two weeks.

I hope this isn't something that continues? :bang:

If it does, who knows when I might get my car?
