Made my daily call today to check the status of my car (which if you look at my sig, I think they forgot about me) and once I told the ERL all my information she said "We are unable to process an automated vehicle request"; or something like that. Has anyone got this today? I really hate her!

EDIT: Oh and then she says "please hold while you are transfered to a customer service representative." Argh!

I got the same thing last night. I tried 3 times and got the "not able to process". Oh well, hopefully my dealer calls me tomorrow and says that she has arrived.

Don't think it's an issue with any particular car. The system is screwed up. It put me on hold for a while, called back, got what you got.

I'll guess the technical support people who handle ERL will fix it on Monday.

I think us retail cutomers may be overloading the poor ERL system with our frequent inquiries.

I promise not to bother her anymore after I get my car.
