Hang in there Christopher, at least you are C/U, which means you are in the system!

She seems to understand what I'm saying perfectly...but always tells me that nothing is known about my order.

Personally I just want to hear something other than C/U

Hehe, kinda funny... If ERL can't understand you 4 times in a row, she hangs up on you. I had to call 7 times. So thats roughly 28 times that she couldn't understand me saying "T82". I had to get a coworker to come say it for me. Apparently I enunciate the "tee" sound at the of "eight" way too much.

no kidding, she refuses to understand me when i use my bluetooth handsfree. But I find it helps when saying t82 not to try and emphisize(spelling?) the letters/#'s Just like you are talking to someone standing next to you telling them T82.
I have got it downpat now, I can usually get the reply in 1 min 35 seconds call time, lol. You can talk right over here, no need to wait for erl to finish talking to answer her.

Boltzman, that doesn't look like any order # I have seen. Do you have a copy of your VOC or DORA? On your VOC you should have a 4-digit order # at the upper left near the priority #. On the DORA it will be the 2nd or 3rd line after the body type (T80, T82 or T85 for example). You'll see "BEGIN ORD" followed by that 4-digit # again.
If there's a "J" at the beginning of the order #, I think that indicates a fleet order.
Christopher, see this thread for my order history. . .

If ERL can't find your order then you have a problem, as it means it's not in Ford's computer. You need to check with your dealer.

I thought I had it. I was misreading the order number (9 instead of 8) from a hard to read fax. That didn't do any good either.
My dealer number has a letter in the middle of the number, like 12X345. So would my dealer number be 12345 in a case like this?

Finally got the ERL to give me info!
Helps when you give her all the right info.
Year of the car? "two" "zero" "zero" (oh! darn! "six")
Helps when you tell her the actual model year of the car rather than the current year.
Clean and Unscheduled/Not serialized. At least it's confirmed in the system. :w00t:

Every body I see has been a priority 10 I am a priority 40 whats that mean for a build date for me. Aside from "your screwed". I really hate my dealer :bang: . Got it for 500 over dealer cost though so guess I can't hate him too much.
