I have been serching this forum and can't find the ERL number....all I have is the customer service 800 number and that didn't do me much good.....can someone please help me out

Thanks for the referral - good reading - too bad Kintz got shut down by Ford. I'm still having no luck with the ERL system - keeps telling me that they can't find my order in the system??? I sure hope this doesn't mean it's been sidetracked somewhere.......

 

I would not leave it to chance. I would insist on getting an explanation from my dealer.

 

I did call today and they told me it was built on 9/13 (YAHOO!!)....better not tempt fate and throw any nanners in just yet - but based on many posts I've seen here they are ususally built and released the same day - so mine should be on a freight train coming across the country.....probably the original "Route 66" corridor.....can't wait, can't wait, can't wait

I had the same problem with the ERL and finally just called the cutomer service phone number. The rep I spoke to looked up my serial # and gave me all available info. Piece of cake!
