Last year it didn't work out - but now it did!

My wife and I got to drive an '05 Mustang rental care and we sure loved it .

It was a pity though that we had to replace it after five days because of problems with the fuel gauge which all of a sudden started pointing to EMPTY, than FULL, than EMPTY... finally the CHECK ENGINE light came on.

We got another Mustang after that but I liked the first one better because of its cleaner - in my eyes classier - looks without the rear spoiler and the MUSTANG decals.

I got MG without the stickers and spoiler and I agree the lines and overall car looks better without the extras on the outside. It still looks good either way you go but there is something when it comes to the simplicity of the car w/o the sport appearance package.

 

Agreed - I bought a GT and ordered it without the spoiler because I like the lines better. Now if I could have gotten rid of the 'GT' badges on the fenders...

Actually the standard V6 doesn't come with a spoiler. If you get the exterior appearance package, you get a rear spoiler, the side stripes and the polished wheels (base model wheels are painted).

 

First time I have seen the body side moldings. After seeing them, I don't care for them...

 

Yup, I also ordered my MG without spoiler or stripes. Much, much cleaner. Now if only it would arrive, so I could drive it!
