DRL from webelectric

DRL from webelectric
Hi.
Bought a DRL-1M5 kit from webelectric.
Now it is installed, but not working. ( sure it's installed 100% acc. to the instructions )
Problem is :
All wires are right connected ( and always been ) , but when I start the car, the DRL lighs only come up a couple of seconds, and after turn off.
If I switch between headlight and not , also nothing happens ?
Do You have any ideas ?
