I'd play "Move To Bremerton" by MxPx

MxPx Web Site

I saw them a couple of times when I lived in Seattle. They rock!

Good topic, I've been think about this for a while.

It is going to be one of these:

Fuel - Metallica
Gasoline - Audioslave
Were are we Runnin' - Lenny Kravits

Or I stick all 3 disc in and just go random.

I'm not a big fan of Ted Nugent in general but he is what I'll be playing 22 days from now as I pull off the lot "Strangle hold" that song is great especially the beginning.

That song makes me feel like I'm living in the seventies cruising for girls. Of course I have no idea what that’s like because in the seventies I was no older than five, but that’s my song. It’s funny because it looks like a few people have thought of this moment I thought I was the only one.

Ya'll should play some Hellacopters, Fu Manchu, etc. Those songs are written with the sound of a V8 in the back of their heads.

99% of the time Eric Clapton, Pink Floyd, ELO or Guns N Roses are in the cd. I have two claptons, one Elo, One stones, one Jimmy Buffett and dark side of the moon in now.

That man's guitar skills have impressed me to no end. So much so, I bought his namesake Fender stratocaster(and yes its spectacular).
I have Metallica, AC/DC, heart....
Altogether in the car over 160 cds.

Crosstown Traffic - Jimi Hendrix

"Are You Experienced?" sounds great on the Shaker 500!
Great choice! I can't wait to get my Shaker 500 to blast the entire CD. In addition to Crosstown Traffic here are a few of my other picks (some of which have already been mentioned):

ZZ Top - I'm Bad
Golden Earing - Radar Love
Doors - LA Woman
Phil & Friends - I Know You Rider
Molly Hatchet - Flirting With Disaster
Alice Cooper - Under My Wheels
Lynyrd Skynyrd - The Breeze

Methods of Mayhem, "Crash". Great song to get you going in the wee hours of the morning. Lyrics start off by saying "Here's some music to crash your car to....."

ANYTHING by Zakk Wylde, especially the Pride and Glory album or Black Label Society's Stronger than Death album. Then follow it up w/ 2-Pac's All Eyez on Me and OutKast's southernplayisticcaddilacmuzik.

The Doobies should be in the top 5

But I'm still leaning toward

Back In The Saddle by Aerosmith

followed by

Slow Ride by Foghat
