Driver Side seat panel loose.

Driver Side seat panel loose.
Um, Like it says. It's on <name pending>, my 06 GT. This is the side what holds all the seat controls. It seems the front clip isn't holding on. I don't think I can beat on it any harder without cracking something else... so... any ideas on how to fix it? Maybe a diagram of how to remove it and repair the problem?
It's not a huge thing, but I'd sure like it to be right, if possible. It hasn't fallen off... yet...
Of course, being under warranty still, I suppose I could take it to the Ford down the way and let them fix it... but I hate waiting 4 hours for that. Heh.
Thanks in advance!

If your comfortable in taking your seats out it is a pretty easy fix. The plastic side panel is held tight with several small toothed spring clips that are set in the seat frame. There are "tongues" in the side panel that go into the clips and hold everything tight. Provided the plastic 'tongue' isn't broken off of the side panel, you will need to remove the spring clip from the frame and bend out the teeth so they will grab again. It might be easier if you could go to the Ford dealer and order a couple new clips in case yours are broken or unusable. You can't do this with the seat in the car, it has to come out.
I will warn you that the seat frame edges are VERY SHARP and you will cut the crap out of your hands if you aren't careful.
Warning! Be sure to disconnect the battery and deactivate your airbag before doing this.

Well, I *was* comfortable with removing the seats... but the airbag warning always makes me nervous. :P
I'm supposing that's disconnect battery, wait half an hour, then it's ok to continue, eh?
I kinda figured it was the clippy thing, but was hoping it could be done in car. Meh.
I need to search for how to recover these seats, don't I? That'd have all the info on the seat hardware I bet.
Thanks!

Guy's, like I said, it's really an easy fix. There is a thread on one of the other Mustangs forums about how to remove, take apart and re-upholster the seats. Do a search and you should find it.
Just remember; go slow and take your time, take lots of digital photos so you remember how it goes back together, and don't force anything. Some regular guy in a factory put them together so all you have to be is as smart as him to take them apart.
